IXO shows how scale models are made at its factory in Bangladesh

IXO Modelcars has published ten photographs from one of its factories in Bangladesh. They offer a look behind the scenes and reveal how much attention miniature cars require before reaching collectors’ shelves.

According to the manufacturer, much of the work is done by hand. From the smallest details to the finishing touches, making these models calls for patience, precision and skilled workers.

One photograph shows tweezers being used to work on the details of a rally car mounted on a display base. The close-up captures the care involved: the details a collector examines at close range have first been carefully worked on by hand.

IXO also thanked its team in the post. This short photo report is a reminder that every scale model is the result not only of manufacturing technology, but also of people whose attention to detail shapes the finished product.
