Audi A6 3.2 2004

The design of the 2004-model-year Audi A6 was entrusted to the brilliant Walter de Silva. While retaining Audi’s characteristic styling, the A6 acquired a distinctive identity of its own and won the World Car of the Year title in 2005. The car was built on the Volkswagen C6 platform.

The sixth-generation Audi A6 was offered with around nine different petrol and diesel engines, ranging from 2.0 to 4.2 litres, the latter producing 345 hp. This example is fitted with a 3.2-litre 2×DOHC petrol V6 with FSI (Fuel Stratified Injection), producing 252 hp. It was the first A6 equipped with MMI (Multi Media Interface), allowing the navigation, climate control, stereo and other electronic systems to be operated using a single joystick.
