The car’s story

The Ferrari 330 GTS spider appeared a year after the coupé’s premiere at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show. Pininfarina designed the body, while Ferrari developed all the other components in-house. One hundred open cars had been assembled by 1968.

The 330 GTS used a 3,967 cc V12 producing 300 hp at 7,000 rpm. Top speed was around 240 km/h, an excellent figure for a rear-wheel-drive spider weighing 1,200 kg.
