Ford Mustang 1967 The Ultimate Car Collection

Del Prado’s 1967 Ford Mustang model was issued in The Ultimate Car Collection magazine series. Paint quality and the execution of small details leave much to be desired, especially the areas intended to represent chrome.

The model depicts the full-size car’s front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout.

The least powerful 1967 Mustang engine was the Thriftpower Six 200, a 3.3-litre petrol inline-six producing up to 120 hp. Such modest power made strong performance difficult, but a weight of 1,168 kg still allowed enjoyable driving even in the cheapest specification. Prices were $2,461 for the Coupe, $2,692 for the Fastback and $2,898 for the Convertible.
