Ford Mustang GT 2005 (2004 Auto Show Version)

The fifth generation of the legendary Ford Mustang debuted at the 2004 North American International Auto Show. AUTOart's scale model faithfully reproduces the show car, with excellent detailing and steerable front wheels.

It depicts the GT version, whose real counterpart has a 4.6-litre V8 with three valves and variable injection, producing 300 hp. Top speed is electronically limited to 230 km/h, and acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4.9 seconds. The 2005 Ford Mustang GT went on sale only in 2005. Built on an entirely new platform, its styling shares much with the first Mustang Fastback of the later 1960s.
