Ferrari F2007 Kimi Räikkönen

In 2007, Kimi Räikkönen won the world championship driving the Ferrari F2007. His team’s official name was Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. The technical director positions were held by Italian Aldo Costa and Englishman Nicholas Tombazis.

Kimi’s teammate was Brazilian Felipe Massa.

The F2007 was unveiled in Fiorano on 14 January 2007. It was based on the chassis of the 2006 Ferrari 248 F1. The car used a naturally aspirated 2.4-litre (2,398 cc) Ferrari 056 V8 engine with pneumatic valve actuation, developing approximately 700 hp. An electronic limiter restricted engine speed to 19,000 rpm.
