The car’s story

The GAZ-24 entered production in 1968. This large, attractive and comfortable car was highly respected and gave its owner added status. Black GAZ-24s looked particularly prestigious and belonged to government fleets or people who had attained a high social position.

Almost 1.5 million cars were built before production ended in 1992, including the GAZ-24-10 modernised in 1984 and their various derivatives.
