The car’s story
This LuAZ-2403 scale model reproduces the real tractor based on the LuAZ-969M. Soviet airports needed it because there were no equivalents and no funds to put already-designed alternatives into series production.
The four-wheel-drive LuAZ-2403 was built in Lutsk for just two years: 30 tractors in 1987 and 134 in 1988. Top speed was 85 km/h, average consumption ten litres per 100 km, gross weight 1,360 kg and ground clearance 280 mm.
