The car’s story
This UAZ-469 has A34 on its base. The “СДЕЛАНО В СССР” (Made in the USSR) inscription on the plastic base dates it to 1986–1991. After 1992 this changed to “СДЕЛАНО В РОССИИ” (Made in Russia).
The spare wheel sits on a hinged swing-away carrier. The grille is a separate part; the engine, wheels and grille are chrome-plated.
The real UAZ-469 was built in Ulyanovsk. It is an uncompromising, uncomfortable four-wheel-drive off-roader designed for difficult road conditions.
