Lamborghini Gallardo 2004 Polizia

The real Gallardo, made by supercar manufacturer Lamborghini, was donated to the Italian police in December 2004. Two such cars were built. Within the police’s special operational safety duties, their main purpose is to transport organs for transplantation and to serve as warning vehicles on the international A3 Salerno–Reggio Calabria motorway.

One Gallardo was provided to the police by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and the other by an independent organisation. Bburago’s Lamborghini Gallardo 2004 Polizia scale model reproduces its real-life counterpart, falling short only in the detail of the smaller elements.
