The car’s story
Bburago’s Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera scale model reproduces the real Lamborghini. Unveiled at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show, the Gallardo Superleggera differs from the standard Gallardo through its carbon-fibre bodywork components, ultra-light wheels and reduced sound insulation. These changes cut the sports coupé’s weight by 100 kg to 1,330 kg.
The 5.0-litre V10 engine was also modified. It now produced 530 hp, compared with 520 hp in the standard Lamborghini Gallardo.
