The car’s story
The SU-100 has 75 mm frontal hull armour, 45 mm on the sides and rear and 20 mm on the roof and belly. The first production example was tested in February 1944, with series production beginning in September.
Engine: V-2-34: liquid-cooled four-stroke V12 diesel, 38880 cc; 400 PS at 1700 rpm.
Crew: 4; combat weight: 31.6 tonnes. Maximum speed: 43.8 km/h; range: 310 km.
Main armament: A 100 mm D-10S model 1944 gun.
Ammunition: 33 rounds.
