Ferrari 360 Challenge

Challenge models first appeared in 1993, when Maranello created the amateur one-make Ferrari Challenge championship. Only the 348 TB and TS competed in the first series. After the 360 was launched, it too received a version for this championship. Cosmetic changes were minor, but the 360 Challenge shed 150 kg. Air conditioning, electric windows, sound insulation, luxury interior trim and the passenger seat were removed.

This car was the first to receive an electrohydraulically operated sequential manual F1 gearbox without an automatic mode, but with racing paddle shifters. It also had Boge racing dampers with aluminium connecting elements and competition springs.
